CANTO PLANETARIO: HERMANDAD EN LA TIERRA, es un proyecto independiente, gestionado en su totalidad por su compilador. Esta obra ha sido editada por el sello editorial costarricense H.C EDITORES, se ha publicado inicialmente en la plataforma de Amazon, está disponible en los formatos digital y de tapa blanda. Consta de dos volúmenes. En el primero están los participantes de África, América y Oceanía. En el segundo, los de Asia y Europa. El formato digital se ha publicado en un solo volumen y sin imágenes, excepto las mínimas necesarias.

Este es un proyecto multilingüe, multi artístico y multicultural: un CANTO PLANETARIO en toda la extensión que promueve la paz y la hermandad global, a través de la expresión artística y literaria de participantes provenientes de 110 países en 77 idiomas. Su temática central es el medioambiente y en donde el idioma ESPAÑOL es el anfitrión y conector universal.

La mayor novedad de este proyecto es la cantidad de idiomas abarcados. De los 20 más hablados en el mundo en el 2023, aquí hacen presencia 18 de estos. Además, incluye un himno titulado ‘Mi canto planetario’, interpretado en español por seis cantantes de varias nacionalidades, con subtítulos en inglés. También ha sido traducido e interpretado al hebreo, portugués e italiano.

A continuación compartimos el prólogo de CANTO PLANETARIO realizado por el escritor y poeta chileno Luis Arias Manzo.

 

Agradezco la cordial invitación del escritor nicaragüense y compilador de CANTO PLANETARIO Carlos Javier Jarquín, a escribir el prólogo de esta histórica compilación literaria. Lo agradezco porque este proyecto literario va en la dirección del esfuerzo que se iniciara al fundar el Movimiento Poetas del Mundo en el año 2005. Al inicio se trataba de un sueño, pero pronto, muy pronto, poetas del mundo se fue convirtiendo en una organización de poetas que superó todas mis expectativas.

CANTO PLANETARIO se inscribe en la lucha que inicié por aquella época. Es como si todo estuviese en sintonía, es como si cada engranaje que mueve al ser humano tuviese que ver con la misión del “ser” que encuentra su equilibrio en la palabra que tiene sentido, en la voz profunda o en el susurro que golpea la conciencia del ser bueno.

CANTO PLANETARIO ha unido a escritores, poetas y artistas contemporáneos de más de cien países de todos los continentes del planeta, y son setenta y siete idiomas que han estado presentes. Todos estos idiomas han sido traducidos al español, textos que aparecen en su idioma original y en nuestra lengua española. Pero no es sólo eso, los escritores y escritoras que participan en este hermoso y comprometido libro, lo hacen con textos que tienen un profundo sentido ecológico y de denuncia, con todo aquello que destruye nuestra casa común y que pone en riesgo la misma supervivencia de los seres humanos. CANTO PLANETARIO es un alegato en acción, es esperanza, es paz y es amor por la humanidad.

En estos tiempos se anuncia una inédita catástrofe, y tiene que ver con el calentamiento global, lo que provocará grandes desplazamientos. Poblaciones enteras huirán en busca de alimento, es decir, en busca de la sobrevivencia, a estas migraciones se les está llamando “Migrantes Climáticos”. Por eso, y para defender y proteger la vida, es que debemos convertir la palabra en una fuerza real capaz de influir en los destinos del mundo y en el equilibrio del amenazado planeta. Luego, cuando nuestra voz resuene en los fríos y grandes palacios del poder y llegue también al barrio que el poeta no puede dejar de visitar, debemos ser capaces de proponer una vía que nos saque del estado de decadencia que viven nuestras sociedades. Canto Planetario, es también un paso hacia ese objetivo común.

En esta tarea futurista el sujeto social es el poeta, y este poeta mensajero debe nutrirse de la realidad social, involucrarse en ella y ser capaz de abandonar el ego. Cualquier lugar donde se desarrolle el escritor, es una trinchera de lucha, porque en todas partes hay declive, por todas partes vemos el sufrimiento, y el latente peligro de una realidad climática sin retorno.

El poeta es un ente especial; tiene el don de hacer de la palabra algo bello que trasciende el sentido simple cuando ésta está desnuda. El poeta la viste de una manera que la hace fuerte, espectacular, bella, la hace ir más allá de las estrellas o más acá de nuestra propia conciencia. El poeta, en su delirio cósmico es capaz de romper nuestros tímpanos cuando lanza un grito de rebeldía. Para los tiempos que vivimos es necesario que el hombre logre entenderse a través del diálogo, pero el ruido de los cañones impide que nos escuchemos, entonces, se necesita imperiosamente que la voz sobrepase al retumbar de las armas, y el poeta sabe de eso.

El poeta no se puede quedar atrás, porque como decía Vicente Huidobro, “el poeta es un pequeño dios” y, en este caso, sólo algo más que el hombre ordinario nos podrá salvar del descalabro. Por eso es que mantengo, y no me canso de repetir, que el poeta debe ir en primera fila del combate por la vida. Los poetas de Canto Planetario son los mensajeros que el mundo necesita en estos tiempos de crisis de civilizaciones. La tinta de nuestra escritura es la sangre misma de nuestras almas, por eso es que el poema surge del interior como un monstruo rabioso hambriento de justicia.

 

El planeta y la continuidad de la vida sólo podrá ser posible si el diálogo es capaz de sobrepasar el ruido de los cañones y, en esto, el poeta tiene su rol. El diálogo entre los pueblos a través de la palabra será capaz de integrar las naciones en esta indispensable integración de los pueblos. La integración es algo que sólo se puede conseguir a través de los intercambios culturales, de la toma de conciencia de nuestras sociedades, la verdadera integración, esa que necesita el mundo, la hacen los pueblos a través del lenguaje universal que es el arte y, sobre todo, el arte de la palabra. Por eso es imperioso que CANTO PLANETARIO sea distribuido masivamente en los colegios, universidades, y toda asociación y centros de estudios. El Movimiento Poetas del Mundo promocionará este libro en todos los espacios donde nos es posible llegar y usará las redes sociales y los mecanismos modernos de comunicación para que Canto Planetario sea conocido en los 143 países donde tenemos representación, y aún más allá, porque cumple con nuestro propósito.

Prologue of CANTO PLANETARIO

CANTO PLANETARIO: HERMANDAD EN LA TIERRA, is an independent project, managed entirely by its compiler. This work has been published by the Costa Rican publishing label H.C EDITORES, it has been initially published on the Amazon platform, and is available in digital and softcover formats. It consists of two volumes. In the first are the participants from Africa, America and Oceania. In the second, those from Asia and Europe. The digital format has been published in a single volume and without images, except for the minimum necessary ones.

This is a multilingual, multi-artistic and multicultural project: a PLANETARY SONG in all its extension that promotes peace and global brotherhood, through the artistic and literary expression of participants from 110 countries in 77 languages. Its central theme is the environment and where the SPANISH language is the host and universal connector.

 

The biggest novelty of this project is the number of languages ​​covered. Of the 20 most talked about in the world in 2023, 18 of them are present here. In addition, it includes a hymn titled 'My planetary song', performed in Spanish by six singers of various nationalities, with English subtitles. It has also been translated and interpreted into Hebrew, Portuguese and Italian.

 

Below we share the prologue of CANTO PLANETARIO made by the Chilean writer and poet Luis Arias Manzo.

 

I am grateful for the cordial invitation of the Nicaraguan writer and compiler of CANTO PLANETARIO, Carlos Javier Jarquín, to write the prologue to this historic literary compilation. I am grateful because this literary project goes in the direction of the effort that began with the founding of the Movement “Poets of the World'' in 2005. At the beginning it was a dream, but soon, very soon, Poets of the World became an organization of poets that surpassed all my expectations.

CANTO PLANETARIO is part of the struggle I started at that time. It is as if everything were in tune, as if each gear that moves the human being had to do with the mission of the "being" that finds its balance in the word that makes sense, in the deep voice or in the whisper that strikes the conscience of the good being.

CANTO PLANETARIO has brought together contemporary writers, poets and artists from more than one hundred countries from all the continents of the planet, and seventy-seven languages have been present. All these languages have been translated into Spanish, texts that appear in their original language and in our Spanish language. But it is not only that, the writers who participate in this beautiful and committed book, do so with texts that have a profound ecological sense and denounce everything that destroys our common home and puts at risk the very survival of human beings. CANTO PLANETARIO is a plea in action, it is hope, it is peace and it is love for humanity.

In these times an unprecedented catastrophe is announced, and it has to do with global warming, which will provoke great displacements. Entire populations will flee in search of food, in search of survival, and these migrations are being called "Climate Migrants". For this reason, and in order to defend and protect life, we must turn the word into a real force capable of influencing the destinies of the world and the balance of the threatened planet. Then, when our voice resound in the cold and great palaces of power and also reaches the neighborhood that the poet cannot fail to visit, we must be able to propose a way out of the state of decadence in which our societies live. Canto Planetario is also a step towards this common goal.

In this futuristic task the social subject is the poet, and this poet messenger must be nourished by social reality, be involved in it and be able to abandon the ego. Wherever the writer develops, it is a trench of struggle, because everywhere there is decline, everywhere we see suffering, and the latent danger of a climatic reality of no return.

The poet is a special entity; he has the gift of making the word into something beautiful that transcends the simple meaning when it is naked. The poet dresses it in a way that makes it strong, spectacular, beautiful, makes it go beyond the stars or beyond our own consciousness. The poet, in his cosmic delirium, is capable of breaking our eardrums when he launches a cry of rebellion. For the times we live in, it is necessary for man to be able to understand each other through dialogue, but the noise of the cannons prevents us from listening to each other, so it is imperative that the voice overcomes the roar of the guns, and the poet knows this.

The poet cannot be left behind, because as Vicente Huidobro said, "the poet is a little god" and, in this case, only something more than the ordinary man can save us from disaster. That is why I maintain, and I'm never tired of repeating, that the poet must be at the forefront of the fight for life. The poets of Canto Planetario are the messengers that the world needs in these times of crisis of civilisations. The ink of our writing is the blood of our souls, that is why the poem emerges from within like a rabid monster hungry for justice.

The planet and the continuity of life will only be possible if dialogue is able to surpass the noise of the cannons and, in this, the poet has a role to play. Dialogue between peoples through words will be able to integrate nations in this indispensable integration of peoples. Integration is something that can only be achieved through cultural exchanges, through the awareness of our societies. True integration, that which the world needs, is achieved by the peoples through the universal language that is art and, above all, the art of the word. That is why it is imperative that CANTO PLANETARIO be massively distributed in schools, universities, and all associations and study centers. The Poets of the World Movement will promote this book in all the places where we can reach and will use social networks and modern communication mechanisms to make Canto Planetario known in the 143 countries where we are represented, and even beyond, because it fulfills our purpose.
